Calmer through your water skills
EasyPass Scuba helps Open Water students get to know 48 skills on land, so the water feels easier when you are there with your instructor.
One section is free. No account needed.
On dry land only. Follow your own rhythm. The circle is only a guide.
Feeling uneasy before a skill is normal
Questions keep turning over even when everything has been explained. The app helps you sort them out, so you can take them to your instructor.
What if water gets in my mask?
What if my regulator comes out?
How do I tell my instructor I need a pause?
Am I the only one finding this hard?

Find out exactly what happens
Every skill has a short lesson: what you will do, why it matters, which kit is involved and what can feel hard.
Lessons work offline too, so you can read them on the way to the pool.

A quiet minute on land
When your heart beats faster before a session, open Steady now. Sit down, follow the wave in your own rhythm and let your thoughts settle.
This exercise is for dry land only. In the water, signal your instructor and stay with them.

A pause plan with your instructor
Choose the signal that says you need a pause, and say what helps when you give it: stay close, show it again or try a smaller step.
Agree it before you get in the water. You choose what to share.

Your practice slate
Mark how each skill feels today, and show your instructor what you would like to practise more.
This is how you feel, not a pass. Only your instructor can confirm a skill.
Seen a ghost net? Mark it
In the app you can save the location and send a report about an abandoned fishing net. The details of the net go to the association Vesala jūra.
