Educational support only

EasyPass Scuba helps you understand and prepare for scuba skills. It does not teach you to dive, replace training with a qualified instructor, certify you, or confirm that you are competent or fit to dive. Self-ratings are not a pass record.

Safety

Scuba diving carries risk of serious injury or death. Practise in-water skills only under the supervision of a qualified instructor and follow your training agency’s standards, which take priority over anything in this app. Never practise breath-hold exercises, regulator breathing or underwater skills alone. Dryland activities are for land only.

Not medical advice

The app does not diagnose or treat anxiety or any medical condition. Ask a doctor about your fitness to dive. If worry is affecting your daily life, please speak to a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).

Your account

Keep your password safe. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Content

The app’s text and artwork belong to Dronelab or its licensors. EasyPass Scuba is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any training agency unless stated.

Donations

Donations are optional and are made on the website of the association “Vesala jūra” (reg. no. 40008312570), not in the app. The association is responsible for handling them.

Liability

We provide the app with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from diving activities or from relying on the app instead of an instructor.

Subscriptions

One section of the app is free. A subscription opens all sections and costs EUR 4.99 per week or EUR 39.99 per year, or the price shown in your store at purchase. Your App Store or Google Play account is charged, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Deleting your EasyPass Scuba account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules and your legal rights as a consumer.

Ghost net reports

Reports are for information only. We cannot promise that a reported net will be recovered. Only report what you have seen, and never try to free or remove a net yourself.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia, without removing mandatory protections of the country where you live. Contact: app@b2c.lv.
