One skill, four calm steps
The app does not rush you. Pick the skill on your mind right now and go one step at a time.
Step by step
Learn
Find the skill on your mind and read the short lesson: what you will do, why, and what can feel hard.
Prepare on land
Walk through the sequence in your mind, try the movements on dry land and write down your questions.
Practise with your instructor
Do the skill itself only in the water with your instructor. Show your pause plan and ask your questions.
Note how you feel
Mark whether the skill felt comfortable today or you want more practice. Change it after any session.

When you need a breather
The Prepare section has tools for how you feel, not only for technique.
- Steady now: a quiet minute when you feel uneasy
- Pause plan: your signal and questions, ready to show
- Dryland rehearsal: picture the session step by step
- Dictionary and hand signals: the language of diving in one place
Your data stays with you
You can use the app without an account. We do not ask medical questions, and your notes stay on your phone unless you turn on backup.
What the app does not do
It does not teach you to dive, certify you, replace your instructor or give medical advice. Practise water skills only under a qualified instructor, and never practise breath-holding or underwater skills alone.
